When a tiny spaceship crash lands on his science project, 6th-grader Rod and his cousin Elspeth come face-to-face with extraterrestrial lawmen known as the Galactic Patrol. After discovering that the evil fugitive they seek is disguised as a human—someone Rod knows all too well—the Galactic Patrol enlists the youngsters to help save the world from total planetary disaster.
