When top L.A. detective Joe Bomowski gets a rare visit from his feisty mom, Tutti, she immediately begins rearranging Joe's bachelor pad and meddling in his affairs. To make matters worse, she witnesses a murder and unwittingly becomes his partner in the investigation. But just when Joe is ready to give up, Tutti helps bring down the bad guys, proving Mother always knows best.
